Start with the place and the visitor journey, then choose the festive forms. A collection image can help explain an atmosphere; a project brief needs dimensions, access, responsibilities and a target date as well.
Choose the arrival and the focal point
Identify where guests arrive, where they gather and where photographs can be taken without blocking the route. A tree, entrance arch or coordinated display can then be considered for those spaces.
Match the forms to the venue
A shopping plaza may need a central display and photo stops. A hotel may focus on arrival and a courtyard. A park may connect several moments along a visitor route. These are planning directions to discuss, not a confirmed site layout.
Record the dimensions before selecting a scale
Share available height, width and depth with units, together with site photographs or a plan. Include entrances, overhead restrictions, existing structures and the areas that must remain clear.
Build a coordinated shortlist
Explore trees, arches, reindeer, gifts, characters and stars. Add references to one project list, with intended quantities and any changes you want reviewed. Catalogue images are a starting point; confirm the final size, material and electrical configuration for each design.
Agree the delivery and site responsibilities
Record the project country, target opening date, access conditions, assembly arrangements and local electrical responsibilities. Discuss packing, transport, site preparation, support and dismantling before the scope is agreed.
Prepare a useful enquiry
Send the venue type, country, dimensions, planned date and selected catalogue references. Attach a plan or site photographs when available. The next discussion can then focus on the design combination and the work needed for your venue.
The 2027 date describes a planning collection, not a claim that these designs are new products or already installed projects.

Make the next step specific.
Include your project country, venue, theme and planned date. Add a plan or photographs if available.
