Project background

The client wanted to attract more visitors to Qingtian County during the holidays through a festive decoration project.

Jingquan’s solution

Jingquan designed and installed holiday lighting fixtures and interactive displays to create a festive atmosphere.

Read the project setting through the film

Look at the illuminated composition in relation to its surroundings, arrival views and the experience after dark. The film provides a visual record of the setting; the published project information below identifies the client and the stated design and installation scope.

Prepare a brief for a similar public-space display

  • Describe the public area, event dates and the purpose of the proposed decoration.
  • Mark entrances, circulation routes, display locations and known power points on a plan.
  • Identify which design, fabrication and site services you want to discuss.
  • State the review and handover information required by your project team.

Connect inspiration to a defined scope

A previous project can help explain a visual direction. For a new site, dimensions, configuration, access and delivery responsibilities still need their own review. Ask for those assumptions to be attached to the proposed design.

Continue with the named project record

Open the related Qingtian case study for the published client and project context. When discussing your own venue, include the site plan, country, dates and services you would like reviewed.

Bring your project into the conversation.

Share your country, venue, planned dates and selected references. Include a plan or photographs when available so the proposed design and scope can be reviewed.
